Oh, and did we mention he’s a pro at crafting captive insurance solutions that help businesses stay ahead of rising costs? 

Before launching into consulting, Chad held senior leadership roles at Beyond Risk, BevCap Management, and GPW and Associates, where he delivered tailored risk strategies that actually work. Earlier in his career, he spent 18 years in dealerships—rising through the ranks to General Manager and building powerhouse teams that grew profits, delighted customers, and inspired staff. 

A proud TCU Horned Frog, Chad is just as passionate about golf and lake days as he is about improving dealership performance. He lives in Fort Worth, Texas, with his amazing wife and their four awesome kids.
